Site Supervisor

United Framework is hiring a dedicated Site Supervisor to manage on-site activities and ensure projects are executed efficiently and safely. This role serves as the link between field crews and the Project Manager, helping coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors while maintaining timelines and upholding quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel
• Ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed at all times
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment on-site
• Monitor daily progress and report issues to the Project Manager
• Inspect work for quality and adherence to plans and specifications
• Resolve day-to-day issues to prevent project delays
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction supervision or related field
• Strong knowledge of building techniques, tools, and safety practices
• Experience working with subcontractors and managing field teams

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• OSHA certification or knowledge of safety standards
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work on multiple job sites
